Sanctuary sounds stall holder info

  • Stalls will only be on the Saturday 8th 11-5pm (this does not include food stalls) Must be set up by 11am. Please do not arrive before Gate open time on Friday or Saturday.
  • Stall holders who are not paid members need to pay $50.00 This needs to be paid before event to book your stall. If they want a helper on the day, they are allowed one helper, but they also must pay $50.00. Payment on the day at the gate (there will be a list) or via De before hand.
  • Other then the massage tent area there will be no double up on stalls due to giving everyone a fair chance to make money.
  • Members can have a free stall but all stalls must be booked by the 1st Nov. To find out about being a member please visit the website.
  • Those attending for a stall may come for the whole event. The stall fee of $50 does not give you a yearly membership, but access to this December event.
  • Those who book a stall and do not turn up, may not be invited back. Those who arrive Friday and do not set up Saturday, nor complete the full 5 hours stall may be asked to pay full price of event entry fee. ($100 each)
  • NO animals are allowed at this event. Please leave them at home.
  • A system for Eftpos will be available for stall sales, but no cash out.
  • All stalls will be up by the food trucks in the paddock, which means you will need your own shelter, gazebo etc. No stalls will be around the band area and beer tent.
  • Please be aware your sales depend on your own prices, your stall set up, and due to the demand on the day, this is not a reflection of the stall holder manager or event.
  • After 4pm please enjoy the rest of the night with everyone, camping on Friday, and Saturday is free. Those wanting to camp and set up a stall in the same space, please make contact with De. Camping is available behind some the stall areas, other then that area feel free to set up in the general public camping area.
